My friend was furious, you would have thought someone from the funeral home would have called and apologized. It gets better though, my friend who was over the top angry, mourning and frustrated finally ended up talking to Andy Hankins the son in law of Mr. Johnson. I will admit I heard the conversation and my friend lit in to Andy and rightfully so. Andy was aghast that someone would actually have the nerve to be upset at him and what he said next even floored me. He said "so what the 9 people who showed up to your fathers funeral didn't get to sign the book." He said it with such sarcasm I was amazed someone in his line of business would say that. Then he stated well we gave you a discount already off of the original service so basically what did he expect.
